What is Nutri & Beyond?
A doctor-led parenting hub offering trusted content, courses, resources, consultations, and events — all designed to help parents navigate the early years.
Who creates the content?
All content is created and reviewed by doctors. Everything is evidence-based and updated with the latest medical knowledge.
Is this a replacement for medical care?
No. Our content and courses are for educational purposes. For medical emergencies, always contact your healthcare provider directly.
Courses & Resources
How do I access the courses?
After sign-up, log in to your account and start learning immediately. All courses are self-paced and mobile-friendly.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes, unless otherwise stated on the course page.
Are there free resources?
Yes. We offer free guides and checklists in addition to premium resources.
Can I download the materials?
Some resources are downloadable (e-books, checklists). Videos remain accessible online only.
Consultation & Coaching
How do I book a consultation?
Choose your doctor or expert on the website, select a time, and confirm your booking.
Who provides the consultations?
Consultations are provided by SNFC (Surabaya Nutrition & Feeding Clinic) with the doctor or expert you select.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Our reschedule and cancellation policy is displayed on the appointment booking site.
Is the consultation online or in-person?
Currently online, with in-person options available at SNFC by request.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets (depending on your location).
Do you offer refunds?
Our refund policy is clearly displayed before payment and may differ by product or service. Please review it before completing checkout.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice/receipt is automatically sent to your registered email after payment.
